I have taught myself a lot of skills, but I am still a novice when it comes to chopping fruits and vegetables. Since I am a hands-on engineer, I am particularly fond of my fingers, so of course I had to build a device for myself that would allow me to chop veggies like a pro without putting my fingers in harms way!

The pins hold the food object in place so I don't have to use my free hand to secure it, you probably figured it out, it's not rocket science!
