When in Rome, do as the Romans do. So, when I started my first job out of college I made sure I kept up with the industry standards that dictate what an acceptable office decor should look like! What are the three things that you must have on their desk or work-space?

 

1. A kinetic toy that makes your desk looks like it belongs to a creative person.

2. Personal articles that define who you are as a person, and gives the mail-man some things to talk about with you while you are signing for the package.

3. Pen stand or any other organizer for your stationery. No one likes a cluttered desk.

Since I am so fond of minimalism, I decided to design a product that fits all the three norms of acceptable office decor - A box containing my stationery items, levitating in air, and engraved with symbols of things I love or am passionate about.

 

Also, it gives my colleagues an opportunity to get to know me better!
